Shipping Policy

Every Vauclont order is prepared with care, inspected before dispatch, and shipped with fully tracked delivery. This page outlines how your order moves from our fulfillment team to your doorstep.

Processing & Delivery

Before shipment, every order undergoes a quality review to ensure it meets our standards.

  • Order Processing
    1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Transit
    3–7 business days depending on destination
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders
    Orders placed outside business days begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Rates

We believe shipping costs should remain simple and transparent.

  • Orders of $50.00 or more
    Complimentary Standard Tracked Shipping
  • Orders below $50.00
    Standard Tracked Shipping — Flat Rate of $4.95

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking.

  • Order confirmation is sent immediately after purchase.
  • Once your parcel leaves our fulfillment center, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after the label has been created.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Vauclont cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
