Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@vauclont.com.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If We Made a Mistake

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the issue promptly and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging whenever possible

Refund Processing

After your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, processing typically takes up to 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
